We believe that a diverse society should be represented on our campus – and that includes those living with disabilities. There are many different types of disability: vision, hearing, communication/speech, physical, intellectual and mental disabilities all present unique challenges – both for people living with the disability and for those who support them.
With this in mind, we aim to provide support for a well-managed, smooth transition into higher education life for students living with a disability.
To achieve these aims we offer:
- Ongoing emotional, psychological and physical support
- Regular communication with your faculty to ensure your needs are being met
- Continuous assessment and monitoring, where required
- Ensuring our campus is optimised for your needs
